Joining Greensoil PropTech Ventures in 2021, Dana is involved in all aspects of the firm’s investment activities, including fundraising, sourcing and evaluating potential investments, industry analysis, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management.

Dana has over 15 years of experience in technology and corporate finance, specializing in international mergers and acquisitions, strategy, venture capital investments and financial due diligence. Prior to GSPV, Dana gained four years of experience working with Israeli venture capital firms, where she sourced and analyzed investment opportunities, led equity investments, supported portfolio companies post-investment, and was involved in fundraising efforts with institutional and private investors. Most recently, Dana was a Principal in Claridge Israel, a late-stage VC initiated through a partnership between the Bronfman Family and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.  Before her move into the VC sector, Dana was a Manager in the M&A and Corporate Development team of Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX), a leading software and services provider to the world’s largest communications service providers, where she managed multiple M&A processes end-to-end, from strategy, execution, to successful integration.

Dana started her career in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services team, where she managed financial and accounting due diligence projects for leading local and international clients in various industries. While in the Israeli Defense Forces, Dana served in the Technology Unit of the Intelligence Corps.

Dana holds a BA in Accounting, Economics and Management, and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
